Shipping and Delivery Policy

SHIPPING:

We offer shipping for all orders across India. International shipping is currently unavailable.
All orders below INR 200 must be prepaid, with an additional shipping charge of INR 70.
Orders above INR 400 can be placed as Cash on Delivery (COD) or Pay on Delivery (POD).
A shipping fee of INR 70 is applicable to orders below INR 499.
FREE SHIPPING is available for orders above INR 499.
COD is available for orders up to INR 2999. Orders above this amount must be prepaid.
We accept Net Banking, Debit Card, Credit Card, UPI, Paytm, COD, and POD.
All prices include GST.

Standard delivery for products marked with "Express Delivery" is 5–7 business days, depending on your pin code.
You will receive updates on your registered email and phone number once your order is shipped.
Exchange is not available; only replacements or store credits are offered for COD and POD orders.

Our partners deliver Monday through Saturday (excluding holidays), between 10:00 AM and 6:00 PM.
Delivery time varies by product; typical delivery is 3–7 business days.
For multi-item orders, the product with the longest shipping time dictates the full order's delivery window.

Shipping notification with tracking details will be sent via SMS and email.
Address changes are only possible if the order hasn't shipped. Once marked "Ready to Ship" with an AWB number, it will be processed to the given address.
Email ID is mandatory for order confirmation and updates.
Do not share OTP with the delivery partner until the order is received at your shipping address.
We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen events or natural disasters but will assist in tracking your package.
If a customer rejects 3 separate COD/POD orders, they will be restricted to prepaid orders only.
